At House of Boards, we take great care in crafting and packaging every board. In the rare event that a product arrives damaged during transit, we offer a replacement-only support process designed to give our customers complete peace of mind.

If your board is damaged in transit, you may be eligible for a one-time replacement after verification. There is no requirement to return the damaged product — you keep it, and if approved, a new board is sent to you.

To request a replacement, customers must contact us through the Contact Us page and submit all required details along with clear proof of damage. Proof must include well-lit 360-degree photographs and a clear, unedited video showing the damage. Blurry, dark, cropped, edited, or insufficient images or videos cannot be accepted.

All replacement requests are reviewed carefully. Approval of a replacement is subject to verification and is granted at the sole discretion of House of Boards. Requests that do not meet our verification standards or appear inconsistent or misleading will be declined.

We do not accept returns under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, change of mind, personal preference, aesthetic expectations, natural variations in wood, or delayed delivery. Once an order is placed, it is considered final.

No refunds, partial refunds, or store credits are offered in any scenario.
