By accessing this website or placing an order with House of Boards (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.
House of Boards offers handcrafted wooden serving and charcuterie boards. As wood is a natural material, variations in grain, tone, texture, and finish are normal and part of the product’s character. Minor marks or natural variations do not constitute defects. Product images are representative only. Each board is unique and may differ slightly from the images shown.
All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise. Orders are processed only after full payment is received. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or incorrect pricing.
We ship across India and internationally using third-party logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are 1–3 business days within India. International delivery timelines vary by destination. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other external factors are outside our control.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are not included in the product price. Risk and ownership transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.
We do not accept returns under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, change of mind, personal preference, aesthetic expectations, natural wood variations, or delayed delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-returns policy.
If a product is damaged during transit, you may be eligible for a one-time replacement, subject to verification. The damaged product does not need to be returned. Replacements are issued only after review and approval, and all replacement decisions are made solely at our discretion.
To request a replacement, customers must submit a claim through the Contact Us page and provide clear, well-lit 360-degree photographs along with a clear, unedited video showing the damage. Blurry, dark, cropped, edited, or insufficient proof will result in the claim being rejected.
Our products are intended for serving and display purposes only. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or use beyond the intended purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Boards shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, and product concepts, is the exclusive property of House of Boards. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny replacement claims in cases of suspected misuse, false claims, manipulated proof, repeated disputes, or chargeback abuse.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
