At House of Boards, every order is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you safely. The information below outlines how and when we ship orders within India and internationally.

We ship across India and to select international destinations using trusted third-party logistics partners.

For deliveries within India, the estimated delivery timeline is 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch. International delivery timelines vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier networks.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control may occur, and House of Boards is not responsible for such delays.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared where available. Responsibility and risk transfer to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.

For international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price and are determined by local authorities.

We currently do not offer shipping modifications, address changes, or delivery date adjustments once an order has been placed and dispatched.
